Homework, due 9/20/2006:
• Google Maps and Earth
1. Find the distance from your house to some attraction or landmark in continental North America; list your town and state, the address of the landmark; report the distance in both USCS and SI distance.
2. Do the above again, but in Google Earth. Look at the cool zoom feature!
• Scientist Wanted Poster, due 9/26. This project was exhaustively discussed in class. PLEASE consult your rubric!!!! when doing the assignment.
