Monday, October 2: DE, on Blu-Ray. At least 3 paragraphs, 5 sentences or more per paragraph. 12 pt Times New Roman, double line spacing. Students who were out on Friday do not have to do the assignment.
Tuesday, October 3: Final writeup of the milkfat isolation experiment due; be sure to use the provided rubrics. See the File area if you've misplaced your rubric.
Tuesday, October 3: Corrected first Exam: you need to work through and show you now know the correct answer. You also need to 're-do' problem #12: strengthen your hypothesis and experimental design. Feel free to design several experiments for #12.
