We read out our synthesized definitions of critical thinking and briefly discussed the scientific method handout. The crossword puzzles were turned in.

 

Homework due next Monday, 9/11/2006:

 

•    Using the scientific method organizer steps, write and diagram out your suggested experiment concerning Mentos and Coca-Cola. Go step by step, and watch out that you don’t have too many variables at one time. You may draw pictures to illustrate your plans. Feeling creative? Make up your own scenario for results and add them in. What additional experiments would you suggest, based on your ‘results’?

 

You’ll turn in your homework on Monday at 5th Period in my classroom.
